No Smoking and Smoking Allowed Posters for New York Businesses

New York's Clean Indoor Air Act requires that employers post no smoking signs and smoking allowed signs where required by the Clean Indoor Air Act or by the owner, operator, manager or other person who has control of such area. Choose from posters displaying the universal no smoking symbol, the text "no smoking", or the text "smoking allowed." Each poster measures 8 1/2 x 11 inches and is laminated.

Note: The poster will contain the most up-to-date information available for general businesses at the time of order. If the nature of your industry requires special safety or other special notices, you will need to make separate arrangements to acquire them. It should also be noted that labor law posting requirements change from time to time. If there is such a change you would need to purchase a new poster to be in compliance.
