Employee
Rights Under the NLRA
 Private sector employers (i.e., most small and big businesses)
may be required to display the new Employee Rights Under
the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) poster in their workplace
later this year. At this time, there is no such requirement. This poster, which advises employees of their rights under the NLRA, is 11 x 17 inches in size, and should be posted in a conspicuous place, where other notifications of workplace rights and employer rules and policies are posted. (Federal contractors and subcontractors are already required to post a similar, but slightly different poster.)
Before You
Order
There are now multiple legislative and legal attempts to
overturn this rule and prevent private businesses from being forced
to post this notice. We therefore recommend you wait
until September 2012 or later before ordering this poster by itself.
