Rights Under the NLRA
Starting
April 30, 2012*, most private sector employers (i.e., most small and big businesses) will be required to display the new Employee Rights Under
the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) poster in their workplace. This poster, which advises employees of their rights under the NLRA, is 11 x 17 inches in size, and should be posted in a conspicuous place, where other notifications of workplace rights and employer rules and policies are posted. (Federal contractors and subcontractors are already required to post a similar, but slightly different poster.)
If your other posters are up to date and you only need the NLRA poster to stay in compliance, choose the appropriate poster(s) from those listed below.

Before You Order
*There are now multiple legislative and legal attempts to
overturn this rule and prevent private businesses from being forced
to post this notice. We therefore recommend you wait
until December or later before ordering this poster by itself.
Please note that if you order just the NLRA poster at this time,
we will not be issuing a refund for the poster if the posting
requirement is repealed or blocked.
If you are placing a new order for a combined-format labor law poster, a labor poster kit, or a federal labor law poster from us at this time,
you do not need to purchase this poster. It will be included
free of charge as a supplemental poster in those orders.
(That way, should the rule be overturned and you don't want to
display the NLRA posting, you can just discard it and leave your
other posters intact.)
