These exclusions are based on the employer’s gross annual volume of business unless stated otherwise.

[*Retail standard is $500,000 in employer’s gross annual volume of business

**Non-Retail Standard is an annual inflow or outflow of at least $50,000. Inflow is the amount of goods or services purchased by the employer from out of state. Outflow is the amount of goods sold or services provided by the employer out-of-state.]
