Davis-Bacon Act Poster (Government Construction)

The U.S. Department of Labor requires that every employer performing work covered by the labor standards of The Davis-Bacon and Related Acts shall post a notice at the job site where it may be easily seen by employees. This attractive poster meets the requirements under this act for the “Notice to all employees working on federal or federally financed construction projects.”  Poster is 11 x 17, full color, laminated and available in English or Spanish versions.

This poster was updated in June of 2009 with new information on enforcement regarding contract payments, wages, and overtime pay.
