This poster provides information on "Employee Rights on Government Contracts" in compliance with the Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act and the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act. The U.S. Department of Labor requires that every employer performing work covered by these labor standards post copies of the notice in locations where employees can read it as they go to or from their workplace.

This laminated poster is available in either English or Spanish and full size (18"x24") or small (12"x18").
