Conquering Difficult Conversations,
available on DVD, demonstrates proven communication methods
that have been developed, tested, and used by experienced industry
experts. Supervisors learn to prepare for and address situations in
an objective, businesslike manner. The program is designed to help
supervisors feel more confident in their abilities to confront and
resolve difficult situations with other employees.
